He was born in Baku in 1959. He left the State School of Arts named after A.Azimzadeh in 1980. He has contributed with the satiric magazine “Kyrpi” (Hedgehog) since 1982, meantime he takes an active part in national press as a cartoonist. He has worked as a multi-placation painter in the Kino studio since 1982.. He is the chief painter at the “Marionette” theatre from 1985.. He is the member of Union of Azerbaijan Artists from 2005.. His private exhibitions were held in 1999-2003 in Baku.He took an active part in the exhibitions, which held in the Republic and in abroad. His paintings were published in dozen of catalogues. He was given special awards of UNESCO. He is the member of board in Azerbaijan Cartoonists’ Union since 2006. He is the vice-president of Azerbaijan group in FECO (FEderation of Cartoonists Organisations)
