He was born in Baku in 1963..He finished State School of Arts named after A.Azimzadeh in 1983.
He graduated from Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art in 1993.
Since 1985 he has been working as an artist on “Goyarchin” (Pigeon) children’s magazine.
Since 1997 he is the member of Union of Azerbaijan Artists.
He is the participant and prize – winner of the exhibitions held both in the Republic and abroad.
In 2004 his individual exhibition was held.
Since 2006 he is the member of Azerbaijan Cartoonists’ Union.
He is the member of Azerbaijan group in FECO (FEderation of Cartoonists Organisations)Etibar Aslanov
