He was born in Imishli region in 1966. He has been contributing to“Kyrpi” (Hedgehog) satirical magazine since 1982. In 1992 he finished the course of Azerbaijan Journalist Mastership. Since 2002 he has been the organized of “Molla Nasreddin” International Cartoon Competitions. He has been the member of the board of judges of competitions and exhibitions held in the different countries of the world. Member of jury in international “ FAIR PLAY” Cartoon Contest in Turkey 2001, First Baku International Cartoon Contest in Azerbaijan 2003, 3 rd Leng Mu International Cartoon Contest in China 2004, Tabriz International Cartoon Contest in Iran 2006 and Second Baku International Cartoon Contest in Azerbaijan 2006. Now he is the Chief editor “ KARIKATURA” international magazines Since 2002 he is the Azerbaijan editor of Witty World (USA) magazine. Director International Cartoon News Center (AZCARTOON webSite). He won nearly 40 prizes in the International Cartoon Competitions. . His works were awarded golden, silver, bronze medals and special diplomas and were published on nearly 150 catalogues.Since 2007 he is the member of board of Azerbaijan Cartoonists’ Union. He is the member of Azerbaijan group in FECO (FEderation of Cartoonists Organisations)
