Leaders of all cartoon organizations may give short information about their cartoonists and cartoon organizations, about the history of cartoon in their countries, or generally about cartoon genre. There will be separate pages for the cartoonists and cartoon organizations of each country. Cartoon organizations will be sent one copy of the book-catalogue as a present.

This book-catalogue will include cartoons that won prizes or were placed in the catalogues of different international cartoon contests of the XXI century (2000-2007).

         The editor and publisher of this book-catalogue is Bayram Hajizadeh, the President of Azerbaijan Cartoonists’ Union. Best specimens of the world cartoon will be placed in this book-catalogue that is going on to be published by the support of Azerbaijan Republic Ministry of Culture and Tourism and FECO.
