He was born in Baku in 1970. He graduated from Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art in 1987. He has been working as a pedagogue – artist since 1993. Since 2001 he is the member of Union of Azerbaijan Advertisers. In 2004 he got Candidate’s Degree on the Study of Art. He has taken an active part in exhibitions and competitions held in the Republic and abroad.
Since 2005 he is the member of Union of Azerbaijan Artists.
Since 2006 he has been working in the field of cartoon. His works have been published on different books and magazines.
Since 2006 he is the member of Azerbaijan Cartoonists’ Union.
He is the member of Azerbaijan group in FECO (FEderation of Cartoonists Organisations)
